Company Background
Foundation Health
Services, Inc. (Formerly L.U.N.C.H, Inc.)was formed in 1987 as a
non-profit corporation which participated in the Child and Adult Care
Food Program. In 1989, the company began sponsoring affiliated entities
to facilitate the financing of health care projects through the
issuance of tax-exempt bonds.
During the 1990's,
Foundation expanded its infrastructure to provide administrative,
consulting, and management services for its affiliates. In that
context, Foundation has performed services for nursing homes,
hospitals, rural health clinics, assisted living facilities, and home
health care operations located in several states with various
regulatory environments.
Moving into the 21st
century, Foundation is now positioned to provide service packages
customized to meet the needs of a wide array of clients. The company’s
legacy of service is the foundation for its
future successes.
